This is our first meeting together and this is a good opportunity for us to look at your house and establish the current market evaluation. Based on the current market evaluation and conditions will be the foundation for how I will generate the best price for your house.
Strategic Marketing Power
Now that we have decided to list the property, we can get started on marketing. I will customize a strategic marketing plan using different platforms and mediums such as online and in print. We will use flyers, Facebook ads, listing platforms, etc.
Getting Offers
Now that offers to purchase are coming in it's time to evaluate them. During this phase of our journey together I will use my training and expertise to negotiate the best price and terms for your property.
Accepting Offers
Once you have accepted an offer, there are other conditions to be addressed. Because of this, bank appraisers, home inspectors and other real estate specialist may need to access your property. This is normal.
The Legalities
During this time the transferring of the Title of the property and all remaining money on the date of settlement will be achieved.
Passing the Keys
Once we receive confirmation that everything is complete, the new homeowners will typically take vacant possession on the agreed upon date and the process is finalized. Congratulations!
