Once you have been pre-approved for a home loan and we have decided to work together we will arrange a meeting to create your homebuying power profile. We will deep dive into your specific wants and needs, including; location, price range, size, and style. I will use my expertise along with your profile to narrow down the search  to only the best properties available for you.

Home Showings & Tours

After creating your homebuyer profile, the next step is to look at the right properties that match your wants and needs. We can visit open houses, arrange for tours, and attend private showings together. I am always there with you every step of the way.

Making a Good Offer

Once we have found the perfect home for you and your family, it’s time to make a good offer. We'll determine a fair market value, the terms and conditions, and dates that will give you the best chance of getting your offer accepted by the seller. With my training and expertise we will ensure that your offer is properly written, binding, and legally enforceable.

Passing the Keys

Once it has been confirmed that the funds were released to the seller, and the title transferred, you can now move in to your new dream home. Congratulations!
